Brother David Williams has served in Ministry roles for Southern Baptist Churches and organizations for over 40 years in Alabama, Louisiana, Georgia, New York, and Florida. He has served in various roles, including Pastor, Church Planter, Church Planting Strategist, Church Staff (Associate Pastor, Worship, Youth, Education), NAMB Missionary, Director of Missions, Adjunct Professor at Baptist College of Florida, Hospice Chaplain, and now as a Chaplain with the Florida Department of Corrections. He is originally from Mobile, Alabama, and is a graduate of Samford University (B.A.) and New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary (M.Div.).

He and his wife, Debbie, have lived in Panama City since 2019. Debbie is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and serves the Lord as a Christian Counselor through her private practice. They have two married adult sons (Paul in Richmond Va. with his wife, Kate, and their two children Max and Ethan) and (Joel, in Jackson Ms. with his wife Molly).

David and Debbie are active members of City Church at Northside in Panama City, assisting with adult small group ministries, children’s ministry, and Next Steps (post-service decision counseling).
